HOSN’s production base is located in Jiangyang Industrial Park, Hanjiang District in Yangzhou. As a historical site with a richbackstory, Yangzhou holds a strong attraction to visitors both locally and overseas. Geographically, it is located to the North of Yangtze River; across that river is the city of Zhenjiang. Major means of transportation and links around the area include the roads (e.g. Beijing-Shanghai Expressway, Yang Li River Expressway), railways (e.g. Nanjing-Qidong railway passing Yangzhou), waterways, etc. The Nanjing-Qidong railway has opened up passenger and freight lines from Yangzhou to Beijing, Shanghai, Xi’an, Guangzhou and other cities. Yangzhou Taizhou Airport is now officially in operation. HOSN has also received strong backing from the local government and will continue to ensure this relationship remains healthy as it continues to grow in a socially sustainable manor.
Over the past 28 years, HOSN (including its duration previously under Shanghai HOLD) has been focusing on the R & D, production and marketing of machinery used in the wire & cable industry for wire stranding, wire drawing and cabling and has now become a top player in the industry. Its Products are sold all over the country as well as being exported to many parts of Europe, Australia, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa, South America and other regions. The quality that the HOSN brand installs in all of its products is what drives consumer demand along with the constant inflow of positive feedback by its customer all over the world.
Yangzhou production base covers an area of nearly 35,000 square meters, with a construction area of 20,000 square meters, including workshops for structural parts, shot-peening, machining, assembling, electrical machinery, and painting etc. Major equipment includes the CNC boring machine, large gantry milling machine, 250ton CNC bending machine, multi-purpose large rolling machine, 8-meter large horizontal lathe, Isa plasma cutting machine and sandblasting room, etc. Besides, hundred sets of general machining equipment of all types are used to produce in house all key components, to provide strong guarantee of high-quality electrical equipment. In the production and assembling process, the company follows strict processing regulations, and has established multiple quality control points at every step within the process to ensure the level of quality expected is met in every single piece of equipment made. Meanwhile, the company has established strategic business relationships with a number of suppliers to seek further ways to improve our development.
More than 200 employees are working at the Yangzhou production base, among whom 5% masters or above and 25% undergraduates. In recent years, through the talent development strategy, the company has attracted a large number of middle- and high-level management talents and necessary technology resources. Meanwhile, the company has improved the human resources system so as to provide a platform for talent training and development and a space for talent promotion. With unprecedented cohesion and combat effectiveness, production management has started to enter a virtuous cycle.
